Privacy and Confidentiality Notice

Creating an emotionally safe space is at the heart of my work. Feeling able to speak openly and honestly is an important part of the process, and I treat your personal information with the same care and respect that I bring to our sessions.

Confidentiality

Everything you share during our work together is treated as confidential.

There are, however, a small number of situations where confidentiality may need to be broken. These include circumstances where I reasonably believe that:

  • you or another person may be at immediate risk of serious harm

  • there are safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult

  • disclosure is required by law or by a court order

  • information relates to terrorism or other serious criminal activity where legal reporting obligations apply.

Wherever possible, and unless doing so would increase risk or prevent me from fulfilling a legal duty, I will always aim to discuss this with you first.

Your Personal Information

To provide my services, I may collect information such as:

  • your name and contact details

  • information you choose to share with me before or during our work together

  • booking and payment information

  • brief professional notes relating to our sessions.

I only collect information that is necessary to provide my services safely, professionally and ethically.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to:

  • arrange and manage appointments

  • communicate with you about our work together

  • maintain brief professional records

  • meet legal, professional and insurance requirements where applicable.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Professional Notes

I keep brief confidential notes following our sessions to support continuity of care and to maintain accurate professional records. These notes are stored securely and are only accessed by me.

I do not routinely record coaching, Journey Process, astrology consultations or women's circles.

Supervision

As part of maintaining safe and ethical practice, I may occasionally discuss aspects of my work within professional supervision.

Any discussions are confidential, and identifying details are removed wherever reasonably possible.

Data Protection

I take appropriate steps to protect the personal information you share with me.

Information is stored securely and is only retained for as long as necessary to meet legal, professional and insurance obligations.

You have rights under UK data protection legislation, including the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you and, where appropriate, to request corrections or deletion.

International Clients

Although I work with clients internationally, my practice is based in the United Kingdom.

Personal information is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation, and our work together is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Questions

If you have any questions about how your information is handled, or if you would like to discuss any aspect of confidentiality or privacy before working together, please feel welcome to get in touch.
