Hello...
My name is Johanna Cliffe and I warmly welcome you to Curiously - U.
'My mission is to help you remember, rediscover and reconnect with who you truly are.
To return home to yourself before you rise!

Curiously me...
I am certified life coach, a graduate of Debra Silverman's Applied Astrology, an academic and associate lecturer. Yes, I have worn many hats but the one thing that has remained the same throughout - I am always curious about people. I wonder about life, who people are, why they are here and what they make their experiences and life mean at a deeper level.

I’ve spent most of my life building relationships, making connections, and supporting others through development and growth, transformation, and deep changes. With over 20 years of experience in education, I have worked with very young children, families and communities, to higher education and mature students. I’ve learned how to hold space for complexity, curiosity, and courageous inner work. I've been a leader, innovator, and guide for others finding their voice in environments that silence or that demand performance over authenticity. I have nurtured my own voice, and the voice of others, the ones just forming, the ones long buried, and the ones ready to roar! My background includes teaching, curriculum design, ethics, research, and quality assurance, but my real expertise lies in people. I am passionate about people and helping them grow, whether that be academically, personally, professionally, emotionally, and yes, even spiritually. I’ve helped people reconnect with their inner leader, their inner warrior, and feel empowered to create change, not just for themselves, but for those they love. Throughout, I’ve worked closely with people from all walks of life, and I’ve walked many paths. One guiding truth remains for me: People are made to grow, evolve, to remember who they are and rise. My own journey, like yours, has been filled with highs and lows, joys and disappointments, and periods of clarity often followed by long stretches of uncertainty. I have been lucky enough to have had many opportunities that have allowed me to achieve many things; yet I know that subtle ache of unfulfillment. Curiosity, wonder, and a healthy dose of humour have been my companions on my own journey, and believe me, I’ve taken detours, faced curveballs, and had to reconnect, remember and come how to myself more than once. I know what it’s like to peer deeply into yourself and your life, lifting the lid on everything from the good, the bad and at times the downright ugly. I understand the frustration of feeling stuck in your life even though you are doing all the things your supposed to, all the things that work for everyone else. I know what its like to constantly strive even when your burned-out, to have had the success as well as the failures and still feel something is missing. However, all these experiences have led me to a place where I can hold the space and support others in remembering and returning home, not to who the world expects, but to who they’ve always been. To peel back the layers, face the fire, and meet themselves anew, with gentleness, truth, and the courage to live a life aligned, to live a life leading from within. Truly transformative change requires you get to the root causes, rather than fixing symptoms with metaphorical plasters. And, while it takes courage to take that bold step inwards, the good news is…you don’t have to do this alone! If you’re ready to stop striving and start aligning; to explore your patterns, your power, and your potential, the I’m here to walk with you, with curiosity, compassion and torch held high. This work isn’t always easy, but it’s profoundly and deeply transformative. Are you ready to be curious? Are you ready to remember who you are, and rise?
