Curiously me...
I’m a certified and accredited IAPC&M Transformative Coach, guiding people back to themselves through reconnection and realignment. I also trained in Applied Astrology with Debra Silverman, bringing a deeper, symbolic lens to the inner work I support. With a background in education and leadership, my approach blends grounded experience with intuitive insight. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when we reconnect with who we truly are, everything begins to realign and make sense.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across the education sector, from Early Years practice and family work to higher education and adult learning. Across every role, one theme has guided me: a deep curiosity about people. I’ve spent my life exploring who we are, why we’re here, and how we make meaning from our experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve been building and nurturing relationships, encouraging growth and supporting transformation. Over time, I’ve learned to hold space for complexity, inner exploration and the courageous work that deep change requires. As a leader, educator and coach, I’ve walked alongside people who were trying to find or reclaim their voice in environments that often reward performance over authenticity. I’ve held space for voices just beginning to emerge, the ones buried by experience and voices finally ready to roar and rise. My background includes teaching, curriculum design, ethics, research and quality assurance but my true expertise lies in understanding people. I’m passionate about supporting growth on every level: personal, professional, emotional, spiritual and academic. I’ve supported individuals in reconnecting with their inner leader, rediscovering their power and realigning their lives with their truth. My own path has held moments of clarity and stretches of uncertainty, steady ground and unexpected detours. I know the quiet ache of feeling unfulfilled even when life looks “successful.” Humour, curiosity and a sense of wonder have carried me through the highs, lows and everything in between. I’ve returned to myself more than once. I know what it is to look honestly at your life, the beautiful, the difficult and the parts you’d rather not show. I understand what it feels like to strive and still sense something missing. These experiences shape the way I hold space: with gentleness, honesty and deep respect for the courage it takes to peel back the layers and meet yourself fully, not the version the world expects, but the one you’ve always been. True transformation begins beneath the surface. It asks us to move from fixing symptoms to tending to the roots. It requires courage, honesty and softness, and you don’t have to walk that journey alone. If you’re ready to shift from striving to aligning, to explore your patterns, power and potential, I’ll be beside you with curiosity, compassion and a steady light. This work isn’t always easy, but it is profoundly transformative. Are you ready to reconnect, realign and rise?
Academic professional
bio
Throughout my academic career, I have been a dedicated and ethical leader, professional, and researcher. My approach is rooted in connection, critical reflection, and post-structural and post-humanist perspectives that value relationships, meaning-making, and the human experience.
As a Senior Academic Professional, Lecturer, and Course Leader, I have had the pleasure of supporting mature students in their growth as reflective practitioners and researchers, helping them develop personally, professionally, and academically. My teaching has explored themes such as legislation and policy, human growth and development, leadership and change, ethics, psychology, and integrated partnerships. I have supervised research projects, served as an External Examiner, and guided students in navigating the complexities of learning and self-discovery.
Much of my published work in early years education focuses on emotions, relationships, and our deeper connections with self, others, and the wider world. These insights continue to inform my coaching practice, helping me guide clients toward reconnection, realignment, and meaningful transformation.

I hold a Fellowship from Advance HE for excellence in teaching and learning, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Childhood.
