Hello...
My name is Johanna Cliffe and I warmly welcome you to Curiously - U.
'My mission is to help you Reimagine, Reinvent, Reconceptualise...'
Curiously me...
I am certified life coach, academic and associate lecturer. I am always curious about people. I wonder about life, who people are, and what they make their experiences and life mean at a deeper level.
I have spent most of my life building relationships, making connections and supporting others in developing, transforming and growing. I have worked in education for over 20 years. Initially I worked with very young children and families before stepping into higher education and working with mature students. Throughout this time I have worked closely with people from all walks of life to develop both personally and professionally, supporting them to bring about lasting change for themselves and for their families. My own life, probably very much like your own, has been filled with highs, lows, joys, disappointments and long periods of uncertainty, while seeking my own clarity, meaning and purpose. I have been lucky enough to have had many opportunities that have allowed me to achieve many things, yet I still know what it is like to experience that nagging sense of unfulfillment. My life has changed course many times on my own self-discovery journey, yet curiosity, wonder and often more than a small dose of humour, has journeyed with me as I uncovered (and still uncover) who I am and who I need and want to become. So, while my journey has not always been easy, I have taken many detours and navigated many curve balls. My experiences have led me to being able to offer a unique approach to coaching, to support others on their own self-discovery and self-development journey. I know what it is like to peer deeply into yourself and your life, lifting the lid on everything from the good, the bad and at times the downright ugly. Therefore, I also know that for truly transformative change, you have to get to the root causes of issues and face them head on, rather than fixing symptoms with metaphorical plasters. As a coach, I will support you in taking a deeper dive into your world; to open-up to possibilities and potentials that you might never have imagined or believed were for you. I will journey with you to explore who you are, how you got here, and who you might need and want to become, to unlock a life that makes your heart sing.
I encourage you to reimagine yourself and your life, in order that you might move towards finding your purpose and walk the pathway that makes your heart sing. To reinvent who you need and want to become, to live the life you choose and want. I will help you to reconceptualise your life and experiences, to be curious and to develop deeper self-awareness and self-alignment, to bring about lasting transformational change that nurtures and nourishes the core of who you really are.
It's time to open-up to possibility, to reimagine, reinvent and reconceptualise...to rediscover you!
