Service Description

This 4-8 month commitment, includes an initial 90 minute online consultation (booked at time of purchase), followed by 9x60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions, booked individually following each session, for maximum client flexibility. Email support & bespoke tasks & feedback will be available throughout. This package is a deeper investment. It provides the opportunity to evaluate your view of yourself & your life, to consider how these views have shaped your life experiences & what you have made this mean. Often our lives are driven by unconscious motivations, personal stories & underlaying beliefs that impact on our actions & interactions, shaping our behaviours & life choices. Developing a deeper self-awareness of these hidden factors within your inner world brings them into your conscious awareness. This allows you to question whether these motivations, personal stories and underlaying beliefs are the ones you want to invest in. You will be supported to develop the confidence & self-belief to explore how you might need & want to reimagine & reinvent yourself, in order to cultivate & nurture the life you have dared to dream.
